Wellcome on the site of Erwin Dunnebier, Art by ARTS, on which I like to show my art creations beside my work as a Medical Doctor in daily practice.

My creations consist of Ocean Paintings and Macro Flower Photograpy, and are explained  below. For an overview, please click in the menu at the top. The “About” section provides more background information.

Enjoying nature in Holland at its best just by walking along the shore and staring over the ocean, freezing these moments became my passion. The everlasting changes of the waves, reflections and colourful skies were captured by me in photography as a basis for further paintings. This resulted in a variety of impressionistic acrylic and oil paintings in expressionistic colours. No need to go to the other side of the world!

Beside that, a growing interest developed for flower macro photography. These flowers are in reach of everybody’s daily surroundings, waiting for the moment to be attracted by bees…. and you! Take a moment to enjoy these pictures and look around you and wonder…..  Flowers which seem so tiny or ordinary at a glance, but are so attractive at a closer look….  Again, no need to travel the world…..
